These terms apply when you use thedeckroom.in or buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

thedeckroom.in is run by Ashuthosh Jagadish Gowda, a sole proprietorship trading as The Deck under the brand The Deck Room, GSTIN 29BBZPJ5007R1ZM, at C-102, ND Passion Elite, Haralur Road, Kudlu, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068.

Age

Our decks are made for adults. You must be 18 or over to buy from this site, and the games are meant to be played by people aged 18 and over.

Playing

The decks are conversation and party games. Play is voluntary: every deck includes a way to skip a card, and nobody should be pressed to answer or do anything they don’t want to. Where a game involves drinks, drink responsibly, follow the law where you are, and never drink and drive.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping within India is free. Payment is taken in advance through Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A GST invoice is included with your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you see the order page. We may cancel an order we can’t fulfil — for example, if the address can’t be served or stock runs out — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Our content

The card text, designs, names and branding on the decks and this site belong to us. You’re welcome to play, photograph and share your deck; please don’t reproduce the cards for sale.

Liability

We’re responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Please contact us first — most things are sorted in one email.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
